Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports Colorado mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages dropped 1 basis points from 4.29% to 4.28% on Sunday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.24% (FL) to the highest rate of 4.48% (RI). Currently, Colorado mortgage rates are 3 basis points lower than the national average of 4.31%.
The Colorado mortgage rate on September 5, 2010, is up 2 basis points from last week's average Colorado rate of 4.26%.
