Having been a licensed mortgage broker for the past 15 years, I have the expertise to guide you through this process easily.  I can either refer you to a qualified mortgage specialist or can act as your agent in dual capacities, one as your mortgage broker and the other as your real estate agent. I will take the loan application and place your mortgage with one of the many national investors under the umbrella of my parent company, Clarion Mortgage Capital. It’s your choice, but the result should be an experience that makes for a smoother closing, when I am facilitating both sides of the transaction as a mortgage broker and real estate broker.
