How can feng shui benefit you in your life?
Feng shui is the art of living well. Feng shui is about living in harmony with your environment and creating an environment that supports your well being. It is about choosing a home that is energetically aligned with your own energies instead of choosing a home at random that may cause discord in your life. Whether you believe in it or not, it exists and it works! Like gravity, you don't have to believe in gravity, for it to work. Feng Shui is not a religion, it is based on the theory of quantum physics.
All of my real estate clients will receive complimentary feng shui services in conjunction with buying their home which includes analysis of the site location and a reading of the sitting/facing direction of the home in relation to their personal natal charts. An onsite home consultation (described below) is performed for each client. Indivdual consideration is given to each client's purpose for buying a new home to ensure that their personal goals are being met.
Services offered outside of Real Estate Purchases:
On Site Home Consultation:
I will visit your home for an onsite energy consultation. I then use the lopan compass to get an accurate reading and measurement of your home direction and construct a bazhai house chart based on your personal natal charts. From there I can make recommendations for adjustments using elemental cures to remedy any problem areas and enhance any power spots.
On Site Business Consultations:
Similar to an onsite home consultation, except used for stores and office workspaces. Business consultations focus more on the energies to keep the business profitable, attract more wealth, to enhance helpful community relationships and to strengthen the working relationships within the business. Retail locations can benefit from identifying how energy patterns move through the space to attract customers to energetic hot spots that will promote positive buying decisions.
All consultations are charged on a flat fee rate determined by the size of the property and complexity of the project. Fees begin at $200.00. Individual rates will be quoted before beginning a project.
